Bunter, the creation of the comic writer Frank Richards, is a schoolboy who despite his often silly, idiotic and clueless behaviour, always seems to be the champion of the hour.

Bunter is drafted in to play football for the Remove team after a number of player resignations in protest over the dismissal of Herbert Vernon-Smith by the stubborn football captain. With characters including Smithy 'the Bounder', sneaky old Skinner and good old Bob Cherry, this tale, brought to life by Martin Jarvis’s charismatic reading, will be a sure-fire and highly amusing hit with all the family.
